Melody::senior

She laughs and loves life.  She’s strong and joyful.  The hard things of life can’t stifle her faith in God and vibrant spirit!
I met Mel this summer and loved her from the start!

beautiful from the inside out!

This one makes me smile. :)

So glad I got to know you, Mel!  Your life challenges me and I love watching God grow your heart! :)
Love you!

Cousins and best friends- These ladies were real troopers, and totally rocked their 7 am shoot!
Stay tuned in for Christy’s pictures coming soon…

James & Angi::married!

It seems to be my luck that when I go to Indiana for weddings, it rains!  Thankfully, on the morning of James and Angi’s wedding, we were still able to get a good bride and groom session in before the rain came full-tilt!

Kudos to a fun couple, who were real troopers with the weather, and made the most of their time alone before the rush of the day.  I loved how fun, random, and spontaneous this couple was, and I think it was a pretty good picture of their character and relationship!
The rain from earlier in the morning left everything looking fresh and dewy- so beautiful!

Their choice of location proved to be perfect for the weather- I loved the wonderland effect the sun and rain had on these gardens.

Angi- a most beautiful and fun bride!

The embroidery on her belt was truly amazing and done by her mom!

mushrooms…what nice props. ;)

Mr. Groom was looking quite dashing as well!

like I said- random and fun! :)

ah yes, love the lighting!

one of my favorites!  Best wishes on your marriage and happily ever after!

Oasis Chorale

I love the challenge of working with a large group of people!  It was fun working with Oasis Chorale for a fun, few, and intense minutes. :)
Learn more about this group on their website www.oasischorale.com and stay tuned in for their new album!
I’m sorry the size of these pictures isn’t bigger… if I ever discover how to make them larger on this website, I will do it!

Mark & Marla

A beautiful June wedding (I know, that tells you I’m behind on blogging ;) ) w/ a traditional ceremony and lovely outdoor reception.
Meet Mark & Marla…beautifully in love!

I loved this field- one of my favorite types of places to shoot!

so sweet and in love!

I loved the bouquets!

a great bridal party to work with!

Fun details in the beautiful outdoors

I thought they might just walk off into their happily ever after right then and there and not come back!
